Study Groups

Researchers encourage faculty and students to benefit from the positive learning outcomes associated with group study. In addition to the support and encouragement students receive from other group members, they will also gain knowledge about working in groups that support them in their other studies and opportunities at Skidmore. Student Academic Services is committed to developing this aspect of student learning. We offer established study groups in key gateway courses, and we are also willing to work with faculty and students to develop other study groups that would assist out-of-class learning.
