Skidmore’s Admissions staff appreciates how challenging it is to identify a college that measures up to your educational needs and puts you on a path to achieve your ambitions. The search requires careful research and investigation and some genuine soul-searching about who you are and what you want to be.

We encourage you to visit campus, whether for a fall open house, a spring special program, or on your own. We especially encourage students with specific interests in science, math, studio art, theater and/or dance to think about attending the specific departmental open houses in the fall.

You can check out our schedule for campus tours and information sessions, which run year-round. Take a tour, attend an information session, and schedule an interview while you're here. If you can't make it to Skidmore, take advantage of our Alumni interview program. We offer some resources on our virtual visit page to help you get an overview of the campus if you're unable to visit us in person.  Our video tours, many produced by students, are another way to virtually experience Skidmore.
