- Academic Leave Application

- Students applying to take an Academic Leave of Absence for the spring semester must do so by November 15 or for the fall semester by April 15
- Personal & Medical Leave Application
- Refund information (Bursar's Office)
- Return from Medical Leave application

- Students applying to Return from Medical Leave for the SPRING 2010 semester must complete the Return from Medical Leave Application by Tuesday, January 5, 2010
- Students who are medical leave for the spring semester but wish to take summer courses at Skidmore must petition the Committee on Academic Standing for approval by May 1
- Application for Credit Taken While on Personal Leave or Medical Leave
