- Students applying to take an Academic Leave of Absence for the spring semester must do so by November 15 or for the fall semester by April 15

- Students applying to Return from Medical Leave for the FALL 2013 semester must complete the Return from Medical Leave Application by Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Students who wish to take Summer 2013 classes at Skidmore would need to submit this form by Friday, May 3, 2013.
