Dear Classmates,
As we approach summer, I greet you all and want to share some images of the Scholarship Dinner this past April when Kathryn “Kate” 
Fishman received the MB MacDonald Alumni Scholarship. We truly found Kate to be an open, genuine, light of her own… the most perfect person to receive this! She was fully engaged in our remembrances of MB and loved seeing our yearbook and the other photos we’d brought along with us. As you may recall, MB always wore flip-flops, so you can imagine our delight and sense of serendipity when Kate arrived in her dress and… flip-flops! It was a heartwarming event that meaningfully linked our love for MB with our love in helping Skidmore with their scholarship efforts. I might add we received special recognition, by way of President Glotzbach, who had noticed that the liveliest table at the event was, of course, the class of ’71’s. MB’s spirit surely was there!
As you know, we will be celebrating our 40th Reunion on June 2-5, 2011! Even if you aren’t able to join us this July 23-25 in Saratoga for our Reunion Planning sessions, be sure to send along any and all ideas you might have!!!
