David Levine '91 is Senior Vice President of PNC ARCS and manages the company's San Francisco office. Dave joined ARCS not long after the company was founded. With nearly 20 years of experience in both the securities and commercial finance fields David worked in the affordable housing group at Fannie Mae, at Union Bank of Switzerland, as well as UBS and Prudential Securities as a mortgage-backed securities trader. An active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and of their Future Leaders Group, he serves on the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute.

*Directions to PNC ARCS: go to 1160 Battery Street, at Battery and Union, in Levi Plaza -- the 1160 building is located on the other side of the street from the main Levi Building. There are two buildings there, one right on Battery Street (that's not the one you need to go to), and one just away from Battery Street -- that's the one. Go to the lobby with the elevator (one of the lobbies doesn't have an elevator), check in with security who will have your name on their list if you RSVP, or just ask for David Levine and PNC ARCS. Proceed to the third floor and to the conference room near the elevator.
