Empire Resources, LLC, owned by Mark Pateman '94, has been acquired by Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., the global commercial real estate services firm. Mark will be expanding C&W's presence in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast of Florida focusing on office brokerage and investment sales.
