Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy Laboratory

Equipment

An Olympus BX61 automated light microscope, equipped with a Fluoview 300 confocal laser scanning microscopy system. The instrument has blue, green, and red laser optics and is equipped with a PC and software for image collection and analysis, as well as an Olympus DP71 digital camera system.
