Darren Bennett took over the Skidmore program in 2005 after serving as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Michigan State University women's team.

Prior to Michigan State, Bennett  spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Syracuse.  He coached the Orange post players and was the team's recruiting coordinator.  He was also involved in player evaluation, opponent scouting, and game-plan preparation.  Bennett performed the duties of head coach, while Marianna Freeman was an assistant to the USA World Championship Team from Aug. 27 to Sept, 26, 2002.

Before Syracuse, Bennett was an assistant at Temple for two seasons and an assistant coach at his alma mater, Springfield College.  At both Division I schools and Springfield he coached guard play, assisted in game preparation, and recruiting.

The Fitchburg, Mass. native was a member of Springfield's football team for four years and basketball team for three years.

Barb has held several different positions within the Office of Leadership Activities and has over 30 years of dedicated service to the students of Skidmore.  As the Assistant Director her primary responsibilities include advising the Student Government Association, providing oversight of student activity fee allocations and expenditures, advising the class councils, and being a resource advisor to all student clubs and organizations.

She lives in Greenfield, NY with her husband, 2 dogs and 2 horses.  She enjoys riding, reading and quilting but most of all, she likes spending time with family and friends.

Robin AdamsRobin Adams

Robin received his B.A. in English literature from Skidmore College in 2000.  After a brief stint at Abbeville Press in Manhattan, he returned to Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College where he has worked since 2004.  As an advisor to many of Skidmore's clubs and organizations he helps ensure that their events run smoothly as well as oversees the implementation of the LateNight program.

When not at work Robin can be found on the tennis courts (in the summer) or watching his beloved Philadelphia Flyers (in the winter).

Alyssa Kienast has been a member of the Leadership Activities team since January 2006 and is in charge of scheduling all co-curricular events on campus.  Prior to working at Skidmore, Alyssa was an Admission’s Information Technician and student at Southern Vermont College in Bennington, VT.
