SIGN UP FOR SCOOP 2010

We are sorry, registration for all Pre-orientation programs is closed until May 1, 2010.  Please return at that time to complete your registration form.

Registration Forms.  Reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  As space is limited, you are strongly encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.  Please submit your completed Pre-Orientation Reservation Form and Pre-Orientation Code of Conduct/Parental Acknowledgment form as well as your check for the full amount of $350 as soon as possible.  Registration deadline is August 13, 2010. In addition, your medical form must be submitted to Health Services no later than August 13, 2010.  Since SCOOP is revenue driven, we are unable to refund any portion of your fee should you decide to withdraw your reservation after August 1.  If your reservation should arrive after our capacity has been reached, we will contact you to determine whether you want to be put on our waiting list or have your fee refunded in full. 

Students who secure a place in the program will receive a confirmation letter in the mail along with specific information regarding SCOOP's schedule, trip details, and what to pack for this Adirondack adventure.  Once you have reviewed your confirmation letter and enclosed information, we are happy to answer any further questions you may have.  Please direct inquiries to:
