![]() May 15, 2010 Dear Members of the Skidmore Campus Community, During the fall of 2009, seven Town Hall Meetings were held on the Skidmore campus. The purpose of those meetings was to provide an opportunity for community input regarding the College's strategic focus over the next five years, as we enter the second half of the period covered by the Strategic Plan. The Institutional Policy and Planning Committee (IPPC) identified a group of six individuals to synthesize the comments and information elicited from the Town Hall Meeting participants. The "Town Hall Meeting Synthesis Group" issued a preliminary report in February, sought feedback on that report, and issued its final report in late April. President Glotzbach has worked throughout the spring to consider the reports from the Town Hall Meetings and to respond to them. His report, looking forward to the second half of the Strategic Plan, will be posted when it is available on the Strategic Plan web site. |
