Application for Career Transition Advising

Skidmore has allocated special resources to respond to the needs of alumni in career transition during the current economic crisis.  Contract service providers will offer career counseling, advising and coaching assistance to displaced alumni.

Eligibility Requirements:  Alumni with financial need who have been laid off or who have a scheduled layoff will be eligible.

Application Process: Alumni complete the application.  Career Services will review the application and refer alumni to an appropriate provider if they are eligible.

Services Available: Career counseling to clarify targets and goals as well job search coaching/advising to help alumni acquire new jobs.
