To be eligible for departmental honors, a student must:
- Complete all departmental requirements for the education major and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher for all course work taken in the department;
- Complete ED 350 with a grade of A- or better;
- Complete ED 351 with a grade of A for the research paper or project, which must also be presented to the faculty; and
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher for all course work taken at Skidmore.
