Description:
Gary L. Gregg, Ph.D., holds the Mitch McConnell Chair in Leadership at the University of Louisville, where he also is director of the McConnell Center.
Gregg has written or edited ten books including "Patriot Sage: George Washington and the American Political Tradition" and "America's Forgotten Founders." Most recently, he edited and introduced (with U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell) a new version of Theodore Roosevelt and Henry Cabot Lodge's "Hero Tales from American History."
His latest young-adult novel is called "The Iona Conspiracy," and he is currently working on a biography focusing on the formative years of George Washington during the French and Indian War.
