Location: Palamountain Hall: Gannett Auditorium/Palamountain Lobby

Date: 09/19/2011

Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Lois Gibbs will give our Keynote Address: "What's All the Fracking Fuss? Environmental Health and Justice Issues in NY from Love Canal to Fracking," followed by our Annual Welcome Reception featuring ES faculty, staff and students, local environmental organizations, internship opportunities, campus greening opportunities, research opportunities and more.

Our local partner organizations represent groups working on issues of sustainability, open space, water quality, farmland protection, watershed management, conservation, renewable energy and green building.

This is a great time for students to inquire about opportunities for internships , independent studies, study abroad, volunteer work and other exciting opportunities to complement their academic studies.

This event is open to all members of our community and we encourage any one interested in these programs or opportunities to join us.
