Opening Reception Senior Thesis Art Exhibition

Description:
A tradition continues as Skidmore's annual studio art majors' Senior Thesis Exhibition is scheduled May 10-19 at the Tang Teaching Museum. An opening reception is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 10.

Thirty-two senior studio art majors will be displaying their work as a capstone to their studies at Skidmore College. The Art Department provides courses in numerous studio art disciplines including ceramics, communication design, drawing and painting, electronic media, fiber arts, metals, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.

Attendance Info: The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. The hours at the Tang to view the Senior Thesis Art Exhibition are as follows: Friday, May 10, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, May 11 & 12, noon to 5 p.m. The week of May 13 hours are Tuesday & Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday noon to 6 p.m.
