Lecture-demonstration of the Labyrinth meditation method.

Description:
Come and go at any time between 2 and 5 p.m. Sunday Feb. 24 for a lecture-demonstration of the Labyrinth walking meditation method. Originating in the Chartres Cathedral in medieval times, this practice is now very widely observed by individuals of every religious and non-religious stripe.
