Earth Day Celebration on the South Park Green

Location: South Park Green (Rain Location: the Spa)

Description:
The Environmental Action Club, Environmental Studies Program, WSPN, SEC, and Lively Lucy's present Earth Day 2011!

Activities will include slack-lining, Holi, beading, henna, bike repairs, plant potting, a clothing swap, and lots of delicious food.

Featuring music and spoken word performances by: Miniature Tigers, Mokaad and the Flexpoints, Big Tree, The Tony Castles, Readnex Poetrysquad, The Forms, Railbird, and more!

Events start at noon on the South Park Green, and run until 8pm. The rain location will be the Spa.

On Sunday April 24th, you can also join us at 1pm for a Garden Work party with EAC to plant, work on beds, and prepare the garden for the upcoming season. The garden is located across Broadway from the main entrance. All are invited to come help out - come prepared to work!
