Metabolic Cart
The Metabolic Carts in the Human Performance Research Laboratory at Skidmore College measure the amount of oxygen consumed when a subject is performing at maximal or sub-maximal workload intensities, and in turn, the energy expenditure based on the oxygen consumption.
