 <br />Description: Skidmore College and SaratogaArtsFest are teaming up to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Paris premiere of Igor Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring, with the world premiere of a new arrangement for five pianos. The performance, by The 5 Browns-a group of five siblings hailed for their piano virtuosity-will feature the complete Rite of Spring and will also include classical pieces from works such as The Planets by Gustav Holst and Islamey by Mily Balakirev.

Tickets: $125 orchestra seating, $75 Balcony seating

Suggested donations only. <br />Description: "Someday is Now: The Art of Corita Kent" is the the first full-scale survey of more than 30 years of work by Corita Kent (1918-1986). A teacher at Immaculate Heart College in Los Angeles and a civil rights, feminist, and anti-war activist, Kent was one of the most popular American graphic artists of the 1960s and 1970s. Throughout her rich and varied career, she made thousands of posters, murals and signature serigraphs that combine her passions for faith and politics. 
The exihibition is in the Wachenheim Gallery in the Tang Museum at Skidmore College. ]]></description>
