Minors

The government minor consists of six courses with a minimum of eighteen credits to be determined in consultation with the department chair or a government department faculty member, but must include two of the following:

 ,  , or  . Additionally, at least two of these courses must be taken at the 300 level. (The two 300-level classes must each be at least 3-credits). Students who enroll in   or   may only count 6 credits from these courses toward the government minor.

(For Classes of 2010 and 2011, the requirements are five courses, with a minimum of eighteen credits, with at least two of the courses at the 300 level.)
