Skidmore College Voicemail System Upgrades
The Skidmore College voicemail system(VM) is being upgraded on Thursday, March 10, 2011
What this means to you
· Each VM user will experience easier access to their voicemail messages. The main menu has been simplified and reorganized to make message playback and handling of deleted messages easier.
· The upgraded application will provide a new auto-play feature enabling VM users to instantly listen to new VM messages once they have logged into the system.
· The following Telephone User Interface (TUI) a.k.a. telephone keypad selections have changed:
