Library Resources

Below are detailed the neuroscience-related Skidmore library holdings as of Spring 2001.The Skidmore library currently has over 300,000 monographs, and 1,700 periodical subscriptions in its collection. Students and faculty have free access to the collection during the academic year and summers. Interlibrary loan service is also provided to students and faculty and full document delivery is available on other key items. The list is partial and not meant to be exhaustive.

A search of the library data base for titles containing the keywords "neuroscience" or "neurobiology" or 'neural" reveals 211 items. There are, of course, numerous other related books (e.g. "Right Brain, Left Brain") that such a search fails to reveal.
