Tang Museum, Schick Art Gallery list holiday schedules

The Frances Young Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery at Skidmore College will be closed Thursday and Friday, Dec. 24 and 25, and will be open noon–5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 26 and 27.  The Tang will be closed from Monday, Dec. 28, through Friday, Jan 1, and will resume its regular schedule starting Saturday, Jan. 2.

 The Tang Museum's regular hours are as follows: open Tuesday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, noon–5 p.m.; closed Mondays. For more information call (518) 580-8080.

The Schick Art Gallery is now closed for the winter break. The gallery will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 9, with a public reception from 5:30 to 7 p.m. celebrating the opening of the 2010 Skidmore Student Exhibition. The gallery's regular hours (September through May) are as follows:  9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday, and 1-4:30 p.m. on weekends. For more information call 518-580-5049.
