Be sure to verify your eligibility for off-campus study before completing a program application. All students should meet Skidmore requirements and the requirements of their chosen program before applying. Consult with OCSE if you have any questions regarding your eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements for Off-Campus Study

NOTE: All forms below are provided in PDF format, and are formatted to print DOUBLE-SIDED. Viewing of the forms requires Adobe Acrobat® Reader. Some forms below are offered in a writable PDF format and may be completed electronically. Students must still sign the forms by hand and submit the hard copy to OCSE.
