Accepted students who receive offers to study in London or on campus in Saratoga Springs, must decide whether to study in London or on campus and confirm with Admissions by the date set in their acceptance materials. The London program does have a limited number of spots and may fill before the the deadline to submit your acceptance materials.

1. Review the information in your acceptance materials on costs and coverage.
2. Complete the Enrollment Deposit and OCSE Personal Data forms and submit to Admissions.
   
3. Include a check for $500, payable to “Skidmore College,” and a copy of your passport with your OCSE personal data form and registration materials. The deposit is non-refundable.
4. Mail your OCSE personal data form, passport copy, check for $500, and application form, as soon as possible, but no later than May 1st to:
   

If you are submitting the Enrollment Deposit form and $500 deposit electronically, you will still need to mail or fax in the OCSE Personal Data form and copy of your passport to Off-Campus Study & Exchanges.

Your passport must be valid at least 6 months from the end date of the program, which is May 2014. If you need to renew your passport or apply for a new one, please do so immediately. For details about applying for or renewing a passport, see the State Department's website.
