In the event your child will be absent from camp or late to arrive, please notify Camp Northwoods at the above number (by 8:45 a.m. would be helpful, earlier on trip days.) If you are unable to reach Camp Northwoods, or for other inquiries, please contact the Office of the Dean of Special Programs at 518-580-5590.
Application Fee: $40 (nonrefundable)
Tuition for each 2-week Sessions is : $430
Tuition for the 1-week Session is $235
Please Note: A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. $100 per camper, per session of your 50% deposit is a nonrefundable. Your 50% deposit will be credited towards the cost of tuition, and $100 of your deposit (per camper, per session) will be forfeited if registration is canceled or changed for any reason.
A $40 nonrefundable application fee per camper will be required at time of registration.
A 50% deposit at the time of registration required, $100 per camper, per session is nonrefundable.
All remaining balance of tuition fees will be due on or before May 15, 2013.
Tuition refunds, less $100 nonrefundable deposit and $40 application fee, will be issued if notified in writing TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start of the Session. If a cancellation is made after this deadline, no refund will be issued.
There will be a fee for picking up your camper after 5 p.m.: $5 for the first 15 minutes; $5 for every 5 minutes after 5:15 p.m. Payment is expected at time of pick-up.
