If you have been accepted to the Skidmore Summer Flute Institute, Congratulations! The following documents are essential in planning your stay at Skidmore College. Some of the documents listed below have been mailed to you recently. Please review carefully and if you have questions, please contact Deb Madden.

Summer Health Assessment Form (required of all participants 17 years of age or younger and residing on campus)
Residential Life Agreement Form (required of all participants 18 years of age or younger, still in high school, and residing on campus)
Photographic Release Form (required of all participants 18 years of age or younger)
