Summer Studio Art Program at Skidmore College

The art studios in Saisselin Art Building are busy all summer long with art faculty, visiting artists, high school students, college students, high school art teachers, and graduate students all coming together in one place to share with each other and to grow and learn.  In addition to studio courses extending the college's rich art curriculum into the summer months, non-credit workshops for those exploring the arts, graduate level instruction and intensive workshops taught by Visiting Faculty, provide a wide range of opportunities for serious art students at all stages in a wide array of disciplines.

During the summer 2008, as in summers past, the college will offer a wide array of Studio Art Opportunities to residential and visiting students:

Our Community Education Program offers the community the opportunity to engage in non-credit evening studio art classes.
