Ages 8-15

Program

The Skidmore College boys' basketball program is designed to teach and develop basketball skills. It includes learning the fundamentals, group lecture sessions, team practices, and league games.

Features

All participants will receive a camp t-shirt. All players will receive an individual written evaluation and a Skidmore College basketball camp certificate of achievement. They will also have use of Skidmore's indoor swimming pool. Campers should bring bathing suits and towels.

Placement

Players will be evaluated on the basis of strength, size, and ability and placed in order to ensure a fun-filled, competitive experience.

Staff

Prior to joining Skidmore College in 2007 Luke Flockerzi served as the Assistant Basketball Coach at the University of Rochester and the Assistant Coach at Amherst College and helped guide the program to multiple trips to the NCAA "Final Four". Luke is a graduate of Grinnell College and holds a Master's degree from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.

Lunch

Campers should bring their own lunch. Pizza, assorted snacks, and sodas will be available for purchase.

Cost

$175 (includes camp T-shirt). Please note that the camp is limited in space, so early registration is recommended.
