Program

The Skidmore Soccer camp is designed for those players who want to develop and improve their individual soccer ability. The camp will also introduce training techniques in speed and agility, two areas that are critical for a player to progress to the next level. There will be a major emphasis on soccer footwork, individual ball skills and technique training in a positive and fun atmosphere.

Features

To ensure proper training, each camper will be placed in an appropriate group based upon age, ability and experience. The camp will feature a "World Cup" competition, individual athletic and skill competitions, as well as specialized training sessions. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt.

Equipment

Campers will need to bring their own soccer ball and appropriate footwear for soccer, (cleats or turf shoes and sneakers for indoors). Every player MUST wear shin-guards. Campers should bring a full water bottle, bag lunch, hat, sunscreen and suitable clothing for exercising in summer.
