Girls entering grades 7-12 and 2008 graduating seniors

Program

Skidmore's volleyball camp will provide players with the fundamental skills of the sport. Coaches will teach the latest techniques of serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and defense. Attention will also be given to team offense and defense. A maximum ratio of 8-10 players per counselor will ensure individual attention for each participant.

Staff

Skidmore volleyball coach Hilda Arrechea, a former member of the Puerto Rican National Volleyball team, will direct the camp. In Arrechea's thirteen years at Skidmore, her teams have won three Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association championships and qualified for six NCAA Division III tournaments. She has assembled a highly qualified staff comprised of college and high school coaches as well as talented collegiate players.

$150 (includes camp T-shirt) Please note that the camp is limited to 60 participants, so early registration is recommended.
