Planning Your Conference or Event - We will work with you to plan the details of your conference or event on campus. We’ve provided the following information and links to assist you in the planning process. Please don’t hesitate to call us with any questions along the way. We look forward to working with you!
Program Participant List – two weeks prior to your arrival on campus we require a list of all participants that will attend your conference, please fill out this form in upper and lower case and e-mail it to your Conference Coordinator. The Program Participant List asks for all the required information we need to efficiently process your guests.
Residence Hall Information
Floor Plans for our nine residence halls and Northwoods Apts. are available here. You may find the Room Rosters helpful for mapping out your room assignments. The phone extension is indicated for each room, double rooms are indicated with an A & B.
Transportation – Will your conference require transportation for off-campus events? Contact Upstate Transit of Saratoga

Media Services – Will your conference require multi-media equipment? Be sure to check with your presenters so that we can provide a classroom that meets your needs. There is no additional cost for the use of the equipment in the classrooms. Here you will find a list of some of the multi-media equipped classrooms with operating instructions and photos of each specific classroom
