How can I submit my file to you?
We recommend you submit your files directly through our print request form, located on our website. You can attach up to two files of any size directly to the form.
You can also fill out the print request form first, then print your files directly to one of our office printers.
Okay, how do I do that?
PC Users: In Windows, go to Start > Run, and type in '\\prtsrv1'. For black and white printing, choose 'OfficeServices120' from the list that comes up. For color printing, choose either 'Creo 1' or 'Creo 2'. Double-clicking on any of the printers in the list adds them to your computer.
Mac Users: Contact us at x5939, or the help desk at x5900, to get guidelines for setting up your Mac printer drivers.
My copier's broken/acting strangely! Help!!
Call us anytime to report a copier issue (x5939) or fill out our online Copier Problem Report, and we will get in touch with you promptly to resolve your issue. The following are some tips and tricks to keep your machine functioning optimally in the meantime:
Do you use recycled paper at Office Services?
We use 30% recycled paper in all our machines as our default copy paper. We also recycle our used parts and empty toner cartridges by shipping them back to Xerox Headquarters.
