Research Interests

Professor Hudspeth has studied space science (assisting in research at Los Alamos National Labs), astrophysics and cosmology, thin metallic films (performing deposition and electronic transport measurements on C60 films for his dissertation work), and surface roughness of thin films (exploring the application of carbon nanotubes as Atomic Force Microscopy probes).

Teaching Interests

Professor Hudspeth has taught a variety of courses at different institutions, including General Physics I (Lab), General Physics II (Lab and Lecture), Astronomy, the Physics of Sound and Music, and The Physics of Light and Color.
