Halloween at Skidmore
Posted: 10/31/2008The treats have been plentiful — a very good thing, since tiny ghosts, goblins, and all sorts of characters have been haunting the Skidmore campus over the past few days.
Last weekend students in Scribner and Northwoods villages hosted their annual trick or treat for costumed small fry in the Skidmore community. On Thursday, Oct. 30, the Skidmore Shop sponsored its annual Halloween book reading and arts and crafts session for children in the Greenberg Child Care Center. Skidmore students typically lead this event.
On the big day itself, Friday, Oct. 31, the campus was alive with costumed children, visiting offices and classroom buildings in the annual hunt for goodies.
