Are you requesting a transcript for a Skidmore Study Abroad Program?
If so, inorder for your transcript to be processed, you MUST enter the program name as the Instititution  (i.e., CIEE, IES, etc).

End of Semester:
If you do NOT want your transcript to be mailed until all grades have been submitted,
for send when: select "HOLD FOR TERM GRADES".

Official transcripts:
1. Transcripts will be processed and mailed by the end of the next business day
    UNLESS you request Special Instructions  Then allow 2 to 3 business 
   days for processing (this does not including mailing time).

Unofficial transcripts are displayed online.

If you request a transcript during the spring semester.....

Seniors:

• Hold for Term Grades means:
  • Transcripts will be mailed during the week after Commencement so that your degree earned, honors, etc will be displayed on the transcript.
• Now means:
  • Transcripts will be mailed by the end of the next business day, as shown on your unoffical transcript.

Non-Seniors:

• Hold for Term Grades means:
  • Transcripts will be mailed 2-3 business days after grades have been submitted by the instructor.
• Now means:
  • Transcripts will be mailed by the end of the next business day as shown on your unofficial transcript.
    

All transcript requests are processed in the order received.
