"My teaching and research interests fall into 4 categories:" 

a.) History of Religions: Myth, Mysticism, Millennialism, Body Modification, Ritual Studies, Comparative Exegesis;

b.) Jewish Studies: Bible, Midrash, Sacrifice, Temple Symbolism;

c.) Gender Studies:  Religion and Reproductive Technologies, Theories of Sexuality and Gender  

d.) Cultural Studies: Graphic Novels.
