The Northwoods Apartments one of four north quad areas at Skidmore College.

History
The Northwoods Apartments were built in 2006, and first housed residents for the 2006 - 2007 academic year.

Location
The Northwoods Apartments is location # 25 on the 3D campus map.

Bike Storage
Residents may store their bikes on bike racks in the laundry rooms. The Office of Residential Life and Skidmore College assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen bikes.

Kitchen
Each apartment has a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Fire extinguishers are also provided.

Laundry
There are washers and dryers located in the laundry rooms of each building. Machines can be operated with the Skidmore ID.

Rooms are furnished with the follow items upon move in:

• Cable Modem with cable and internet connections

Apartments in the Northwoods are:

• 3 person "loft" (upstairs)
• 4 person "loft"
• 4 person "garden" (ground floor)

All Northwoods Apartments have single rooms.

Staff
Unit Assistants are located throughout the Northwoods. Staff can help you place work orders, mediate conflicts and point you campus resources. Learn more about staff here.

Vacation Hall
Residents are allowed to remain in the apartments during College vacations - with the exception of the summer recess.

Trash and Recycling
Residents of the Northwoods must bring all trash from their apartments to the dumpster located around the complex.  Recycling bins are provided to each apartment. Please place your bin on the curb on Friday for pick up.
