The Northwoods Village is one of four North Quad areas at Skidmore College.

History
The Northwoods Village was built in 2006, and first housed residents for the 2006-2007 academic year.

Amenities
    - Laundry room with two washers and three dryers (one room per building)
    - Kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, and fire extinguisher (one per apartment)
    - Wireless internet is provided in Northwoods Village
    - Vending soda/drink machine (located in the 1 Moore Way laundry room)
    - Bike racks are located in the laundry rooms (the college assumes no responsibility for missing or damaged bikes)
    - VACATION AREA:  Northwoods Village is a vacation area; residents are allowed to remain in their apartments during College vacations (with the exception of summer vacation) with approval from the Office of Residential Life.

Apartment Furnishings
Apartments are furnished with the following items upon move in:

• Kitchen - table, four chairs, and two bar stools
  
• Living room - sofa, two chairs, coffee table, end table, and TV stand
  
• Modem box with cable and internet connections in the living room
  
• Phone port with telephone in kitchen
• Closet (garden style apartment only)

• 3 person "loft" (upstairs)
  
• 4 person "loft" (upstairs)
  
• 4 person "garden" (ground floor)
  

All Northwoods Village apartments have single bedrooms.
