Reunion Update!

April 18, 2008
Dear Classmates,

Our 30th Reunion is fast approaching.  Working together on planning the weekend has been a very rewarding experience for the three of us!  It has reminded us of the importance of the years that we spent at Skidmore.  It was a formative time for all of us, a time to test the waters of living away from home, a time to learn how to budget what resources we had, and a time to learn, both academically and about ourselves.

We have genuinely had a great time reconnecting with one another and with various classmates.  We've reached out to people via letters, email and even Facebook, and were able to get together with some of you during this process.  Now it is time for all of us to reunite and Boogie Down!  The theme this year is '70's music.  We want to see Your Smiling Face in Saratoga Springs during the weekend of May 29 - June 1, 2008.  We want to know if you live Life in the Fast Lane or work On Broadway.  Are you still Hot Blooded or just barely Stayin' Alive?

We have a great class, many living So Far Away.  What better reason do you need to come Listen to the Music and reconnect with old friends?  We really want to know if some of you are Still Crazy After All These Years.  We hope to see you in Saratoga, Just the Way You Are.

You should all have received registration materials by now.  If not please contact Skidmore or log onto the Skidmore Web site and click the “Reunion 2008” button.  Those of you who can join us on Thursday, plan to meet at the T&L, after 8:30 p.m.

So, Baby Come Back for some fun Summer Nights.  And even if you can't make it, do stay in touch.  We have made it easy for you by starting a Facebook page for our class.  You can find it at www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=12471691711.  After Reunion, we'll put up some pictures and videos, but it is also a useful tool for sharing ideas, showing off your art work, your kids or your latest accomplishments.  Take a look; We Will Rock You.
