All prices, unless stated otherwise, are in American dollars. For all foreign subscriptions, add $10 shipping per year.

Combined Issues
Here at Salmagundi, we periodically combine issues into "double issues," such as we have done with numbers 150-151. Combining usually means that the publication is delayed until the later issue would have come out, and that the journal itself will be considerably larger upon production. Subscriptions expire by issue number, not by date.

Single issues are $8 American and £4 (British). Back issue prices may vary, depending on rarity and age.
Payments may be made to Salmagundi by check or money order in U.S. dollars and drawn from a bank with an office in the United States. If paying with Visa or MasterCard, please include your account number and expiration date.
Foreign subscriptions should add $10 per year of subscription for postage.
