Combined Issues
Here at Salmagundi, we periodically combine issues into "double issues," such as we have done with numbers 174-175. Combining usually means that the publication is delayed until the later issue would have come out, and that the journal itself will be considerably larger upon production. Subscriptions expire by issue number, not by date.
