This service enables participants to complete both entrance and exit interview requirements anytime, anywhere. Student Loan Entrance - The federal government requires that students complete student loan entrance counseling prior to obtaining a Federal Stafford student loan.

Student Loan Exit - The federal government requires that students complete student loan exit counseling prior to graduating or ceasing at least half-time attendance.
