| Living Room at the Surrey Williamson Inn |
The first floor of the Surrey Williamson Inn can be reserved for meetings and events. Note: priority will be given to Skidmore College organizations and activities.
The Living Room can accommodate approximately 75 and the Dining Room and Enclosed Porch can seat up to 60. The maximum occupancy for entire downstairs cannot exceed 120. During warm weather, the backyard and garden can be reserved for outdoor functions.
The Surrey Williamson Inn is a smoke-free environment.

Policy:
Private, non-College related events are welcome - based on availability. For such private affairs, a fee of $300 per day for the entire first floor is required, along with an insurance certificate evidencing one million dollars in coverage.
Skidmore community members may book the Surrey for personal use.
Reservations may not be scheduled more than two months in advance.
Please note that the Surrey Williamson Inn remains locked except during events. For a tour of the Surrey please contact the Surrey Manager.
